AGWC - Pride (In The Name Of Love)
This SHOW has now taken place.  It was a wonderful evening.           Actually Gay Women’s Chorus as they celebrate Love, Freedom & Pride!

With music from Disney to David Guetta via Broadway and Bach, this performance promises to be the most musical way to start your Pride weekend in Brighton & Hove. Hosted by the fabulously funny Julie Jepson and conducted by Musical Director Dee Ruddock at St Andrews, Waterloo Street, Hove at 7.30pm on Thursday 31st July. Tickets are just £8 with all profits to LGBT organisations Inclusion For All (preventing homophobic language and bullying in schools) & Actually CIC who manage the Women's and Men's Choruses.

The Actually Choruses are very music focused, and our repertoires are very varied. We give people the opportunity to do, (and discover they enjoy), pieces of music they would never have imagined singing.

Actually Gay Women's Chorus  new term starts on Wednesday 10th September at 7.50pm at St Andrew’s Church, Waterloo St, Hove.

This term we will be preparing performances for World AIDS Day and Christmas. More information to come - watch this space!

Latest TV - Actually Gay Women's and Actually Gay Men's Choruses 'Open Rehearsal'

Actually Gay Women’s (and Men's) Chorus held an Open Evening in May where the above video was filmed.
The Choruses have recently completed summer shows- PRIDE shows.  Both Choruses are now on holiday but new terms start in September.
The choir welcomes anyone interested in joining a singing group or chorus.

We're are also always looking for non-singing members as well to help in any of our teams such as PR/marketing, fundraising, production, lighting, helping out at rehearsals.  The Chorus always needs the help of skilled members, or volunteers if singing is not for you.

If you are thinking about joining a singing group or chorus, or want to be involved in a flourishing community group then the next time to join will be September.  Watch this space for more information.

We’re a sociable bunch of people from all walks of life, who have had a lot of fun together over the years, and have even more planned in the future (Watch this space!)
